“I purchased the tour months before I came to Cusco. The tour was supposed to start at 2:00 with a pick up at our hotel. I had scheduled the rest of my day around a 3 hour excursion. The day before the tour I got an email stating that we would be picked up at 2:25 pm. No one showed up. I called. Said they would be there in 5 minutes. We left at 3:00 to go look around. I got a call at 3:00 saying that they were looking for us. I told them I had dinner reservations at 6:00. He said the tour would be finished at 5:30.…”
