“Très belle excusion, beaux paysages. La baignade dans les bains thermaux était également très bien. Le cout des repas n'ėtait parfois pas inclus et les boissons facturées très chères. La qualité des repas proposés ètait très moyenne. Le minibus utilisé pour l'excursion etait complet, c'était compliqué de ranger les valises et paquetages. Il aurait fallu un bus plus grand. Inconvénients compensés par la beauté du site et la chance de voir quelques condors. Mark.”

“The bus was comfortable and the guide was very nice. Once we arrived - a transfer to our hotel was included so that was very handy. We got caught in construction traffic so it took us about 7.5 hours which was a long day but to no fault of them. The thing I was most disappointed with - the listing said that snacks, bottled water and free wifi were included. All of those items were never offered. I planned on getting work done on the bus with the free wifi so this was a huge disappointment! And I had to purchase water at a stop for a high charge because…”

“Muy buena experiencia, el Guia Raul muy muy bueno . la ruta y tiempos trazados muy buenos. el paisaje estuvo muy bueno. Lo negativo ( pese a que no es responsabilidad de la empresa) es el pésimo estado de la ruta desde Chinay hasta Puno. el vehículo se sacudió todo el trayecto . muy mal”

“Booked this tour online, only to learn on the tour that everybody else just booked at the local office in Arequipa and paid literally LESS THAN HALF of what we did. Viator will not honor their "Lowest Price Guarantee" for various shady reasons (e.g. they do not accept photos of the other participants' tickets as proof because the price is stated in Peruvian Soles... yeah well, of course, they booked locally and paid in the local currency). So, buyers beware: If you absolutely have to book on Viator, make sure to always choose the local currency for payments and be prepared to be massively overcharged.”
