“I cannot recommend this class, as I never had the chance to attend. My rating is based on the poor handling of the booking. I arrived on time at the designated location, unaware the class had been cancelled until the hostess contacted the company. David then informed me it was cancelled as I was the only person to sign up. While I understand cancellations happen—I had two others recently, both promptly communicated via email, phone, and app updates—this company failed to notify me in advance. He informed there was an attempt to contact me by phone however my records do not reflect it. Also why not also send email notice…”
